- details about the property you ask us to care for, including its type, size, access arrangements and condition;

In some cases we may collect information from a third party, such as a property manager or agent who engages us on your behalf.

9. Cookies and website analytics
Our website does not set its own tracking cookies. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those files. If we introduce analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy.
10. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or mishandled your personal information, please contact us first so we can investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
