A bond clean is more thorough than a regular clean. Agents inspect against the entry condition report, so every surface counts. Here is what we clean on a full end of lease bond clean.
Kitchen
- Oven, racks, trays and griller cleaned inside and out
- Cooktop, rangehood and filter degreased
- Cupboards and drawers wiped inside and out
- Sink, taps and splashback descaled
- Benchtops and tiled areas
- Dishwasher cleaned and filter cleared
Bathrooms and laundry
- Shower, screen and tiles descaled and mould treated
- Toilet cleaned and sanitised inside and out
- Vanity, sink, taps and mirror
- Exhaust fans and vents dusted
- Laundry tub and cupboards
- Tiled floors mopped
Bedrooms and living
- Walls spot cleaned for marks and scuffs
- Skirting boards, sills and ledges wiped
- Built in wardrobes cleaned inside and out
- Light switches, power points and door handles
- Windows, tracks and flyscreens
- Ceiling fans and air vents dusted
Floors and finishing
- Carpets vacuumed and steam cleaned where required
- Hard floors mopped and detailed
- Cobwebs removed throughout
- Mirrors and internal glass polished
- Doors, frames and architraves
Outside and extras
- Balcony or patio swept and tidied
- Garage swept out
- Bins rinsed
- Pest control treatment if required on your lease
- External windows where accessible
